I am Adlin Morales Aguilu, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and trauma specialist with over 18 years of experience helping individuals navigate complex emotional patterns, sustained pressure, and the weight that often comes with high levels of responsibility.
I am originally from Puerto Rico, fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and currently expanding my ability to serve others by learning Portuguese. My background allows me to connect with individuals across cultures with depth, understanding, and clarity.
As a trauma survivor, I understand firsthand what it means to keep functioning while carrying what others cannot see. I know what it takes to move from survival into true transformation—not just managing symptoms, but experiencing real internal change.
As a Christian woman, my faith is not separate from my work—it is part of how I understand healing, restoration, and identity. I have experienced transformation personally, and when requested, I integrate faith with clinical work to support deeper, lasting change.

Outside of my professional work, I value discipline, growth, and connection. I enjoy going to the gym, reading, writing ebooks, traveling, spending time with family, playing board games, hiking, and playing the violin—practices that keep me grounded and aligned in my own life.
